Skills Required

  • Techno-commercial skill for customer interaction & support
  • Ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
  • Excellent time management and organisation
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales and promotion,
  • Creating strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Manage end-to-end Client Relationship
  • Follow Up with the client After Sales
  • Handling Promotional activities
  • Take Innovative initiatives in sales and marketing
  • Willing to travel within India

2) Business Development Coordinators

Skills Required:
  • Good knowledge about marketing principles and client development
  • Strong communication proficiency and presentation capability
  • Proficiency in English
  • Fluency in Hindi an added advantage
  • Ability to interact with external and internal clients professionally
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to face and overcome new challenges seen in the course of work
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Co-develop and implement strategic marketing plan
  • Coordinate sales, marketing & tech support activities
  • Maintain contact with clients through calls and mails
  • Assist with the development of proposals for new business opportunities

3) Technical Support Executives

Skills Required:
  • Ability to Solve highly Technical, Unique problems.
  • Presenting Technical Information
  • Software Maintenance
  • Network Design and Implementation
  • Maintain good Vendor Relationships
  • Network Performance Tuning
  • Database Performance Tuning
  • Proficiency in English
  • Fluency in Hindi an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Customer interaction & support
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Willing to travel anywhere in India

4) Software Engineer

  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL, Ajax, JQuery, HTML5, CSS
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  • General Programming Skills and Development Fundamentals

  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Solid understanding of software development, source control techniques, and continuous integration

  • Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Develops software solutions by studying information needs
  • Collaborate with team of developers
  • Understand clients' needs and effectively communicate them to the software design team
  • Design, code and test software applications
