EduGrievance, The user-friendly grievance redressal interface powered by Oréll is launching at Shree Niranjana Swamy Polytechnic, Mangalore in Karnataka. The system is more convenient in lodging the complaints through a single portal and is time-consuming. EduGrievance automates three interfaces for the main components of an institution including students, parents, teachers and non-teaching staff, An admin interface for dealing the entire system and another one for grievance cell members. The portal enforces strategies to ensure the registered cases are attended within the time and is scrutinized by the higher authorities.
