Vishwakarma Institution of Information and Technology bags a deal with Oréll regarding the purchase of EduGrievance Software. Online Grievance Redressal System is a platform where students, parents, teachers and stakeholders are enabled with the facility to lodge the grievances they undergo in their campus. Due to the hike in the instances of Caste Discrimination, biased grading system, misconduct, sexual and verbal abuse in universities AICTE had to make mandatory an Online Grievance Redressal Portal that helps eradicate the above mentioned issues. According to AICTE an ideal Grievance Redressal Portal should give shoulder to victims by letting them file their complaints through this window and by connecting the grievance cell members and action taking authority to dispose of such unpleasant incidents.
